Brigalow Belt endemic. From Emerald and Gladstone in the north, to Inglewood in the south, west to the Chesterton Range (near Charleville).

Found in the following Australian states/territories



Found in a wide variety of habitats, including sandstone ridges, woodlands, spinifex, callitris and brigalow. Ground cover appears to be important to this species.
